Senior Designin’ in Corvallis

Well… it’s the 2nd week of winter break, and I’m back in Corvallis. Today I was able to get everything working as expected with the AVR board and communications with my laptop through RS-232. Everything works great now, it even has a ANSI terminal GUI so I can acutally have more control over the direction that my program is going to go in. So that’s pretty cool Most of the code was from Atmel’s technote AVR244.

Tomorrow I’ll start working on integrating what I have thusfar with the tech note and keep that jumpstart on next term alive … I just wish that the engineering journal would look a little nicer.
