Days leading up to Xmas

Dec 22nd: The drive back up wasn’t that great, but at least traffic kept moving. Went shopping at the World Market and Jantzen Beach center with Jill afterwards and got some things out of the way. I also FINALLY watched Napolean Dynamite. The movie has no plot, but I thought it was cool in it’s own way

Dec 23rd: OH THE DRIVING and the LINES!! Continued to shop today. I was able to find the last bits of gifts for friends and family. I don’t know how some people can do this shopping all day everyday uptil the last day of Christmas. The lines are crazy!!

I went to Michael’s and picked some some craft supplies for Jill. Also stopped at Old Navy, and the Barnes and Noble for a few items. I stand corrected on one thing: I have been to Michael’s before… it was during the summer time two or three years ago with Jill and Lam. There were large plastic sunflowers outside and she made the comment that “I shoud buy these for Katie”. Yes I remember random things

I tried going up to the West Hills to take some photos of the city, but that didn’t work out too well due to the heavy fog that was around. I did manage to go back down to the OMSI area and took a few photos of the Hawthorne Bridge… those turned out alright… I’ll post them when I get a chance.

Dec 24th: There was a get-together over at Jill’s today. I received a pair of snowboaring socks oo those are comfortable! I also met the foreign exchange student that they’re hosting, she was pretty cool. Umm… lets see… Kristina, Tara and Erika came over so it was nice to hang out and catch up with them. Troy and Katie were MIA tonight, so I need to find them sometime before break ends and give them their respective gifts :-p I had dinner with the family, but we’re not doing much I guess. Now I’m just chatting online and working on stuff.

T-minus 4 hours until X-mas!
