I spent the evening calling the companies who sent me junk mail. Some were understanding and took care of the issue immediately. Others, didn’t care to help. The worst ones are the credit card companies who send you those blank “Convenience Checks” …

Yeah, lets back up: A BLANK CHECK… that is linked to your name, your account number, and ultimately, your credit history. Bank of America’s customer service representative said that “we deem that the risk is negligible because we provide fraud protection to our customers.” How does that make sense? Just because a bank projects your cash, that does not project your credit history from being screwed up at the banks negligence. That’s fucked up.
