Bridge Pedal 2007 Completed

We completed the 2007 Providence Bridge Pedal! Unlike the previous three years, it was cloudy today. But thats not too bad. I posted some photos on Facebook. If you have an account, you can view them. I’m not sure how many people actually rode today, but the Providence press release expected over 17,000 cyclists to be on the road and biked over 500,000 miles in a few hours. That’s impressive

Providence Bridge Pedal is the second-largest community bicycle ride in the nation and third-largest in the world. More than 17,000 cyclists are expected to participate in the ride on Sunday, Aug. 12 – and they will pedal more than 500,000 miles on the streets and bridges of Portland.
