		<description>Agreed, most people that work at retail stores are students trying to get a job between terms. Mistakes happen, but this is one HUGE mistake on someone&#039;s part and without asking the correct account verification questions either.

I just closed my BB online account and had my personal information removed (at least the CSR said it was removed, but who knows). The other guy should still get his order. I just looked through all of my BB receipts and none of them were an online order. Buying stuff in the store is much less hassle at times.</description>

		<description>The password definitely changed. Though I did find the other Thomas Ng&#039;s number in the white pages and called him. We had a good laugh about it, and he&#039;s going to cancel his order, and call me back, then i&#039;ll close my online account and he can order it again. He did find it suprising I found his unlisted phone number in the online white pages though.

When I called BB&#039;s cust. service line, they had no freakin clue what happened.</description>
