Question to everyone that has ever baked

OK – when baking something thick (e.g. in a deep container), how the hell does one avoid over baking the outside rim while getting the inside middle section cooked all the way through so it’s not doughy?
I like my non-stick-ware. It’s a single wall construction.. is that the problem, or am I just leaving it in the oven just a bit too long and missed the sweet spot?

I’m pretty sure that everyone that I know has seen a post from me regarding “The Guild” by now. If you’ve managed to click on the links that I’ve been posting here, Twitter and/or Facebook, then good for you! If not, here’s your chance to watch all of the episodes in one place.
The series is about a group of six guild members in an (unnamed) MMO called the “Knights of Good” which stand for good… and all things related to… good! The storyline revolves around Cyd Sherman aka Codex (Felicia Day) who is a socially awkward individual that talks into her webcam and plays RPGs. She was recently dumped by her therapist and has an online gaming addiction. She meets one of her guild members in real life after he mistakens Codex’s online flirting for the real thing… all because of a few misplaced semi-colons 
. Codex needs help and asks all of her online guild to meet face-to-face. That’s when things get interesting. And complicated.

I know, a lot of you may be thinking “I have no interest in seeing this”.. but I challenge you. Watch the first few episodes from Season 1, 2 or 3, or the music video and I bet that you will have changed your mind and become a fan as well. With a 20million+ world wide views for an online series, you can’t go wrong. If you really don’t like it, at least you would have had a few good laughs in the hour! I also bet you that you can relate to the characters and there is an equivalent personality that you know.
