Fried rice for a last minute Friday movie night.

Recipe:
Make some steamed rice (preferably day old stuff to fry)
Stir fry mixed veggies with vegetable oil allow to cook through and brown.
Cut up some sliced ham into 1/4" squares (or other pre-cooked meat - chicken is a good choice)
Add soy sauce and salt to taste

Add rice to separate wok / pan and brown, stirring occasionally. Do not burn.
Incorporate veggie mixture.
Mix until evenly cooked and browned.
Make a well in the middle of the mixture. Crack 2 eggs into the middle; allow to cook for a few seconds and mix egg into rice.

Serve!

Jessica also cooked up some chicken breasts that night. Good stuff!
