Someone hijacked my Flickr Account!

Someone hijacked my Flickr account. The last time I used it was back in May 2009. I posted photos to the Reach the Beach 2009 group after we finished the ride. My screen name for the account is ng.thomas (original, yeah.). The cycling photos are mine! Evidence is here:

I want to point out the cycling photos are mine, and it looks like whoever took over my account didn’t post any new photos to the account, but did change all of my contact info for it.
Today I tried to login. I haven’t used it in a while and try to get my password reset. All goes well until I get to the first security question… which is typed out in Chinese. I should know how to read this, but i don’t. But that’s a different discussion all together. Anyway, the question is “你最大的孩子的暱稱是什麼?” — Google translation: “Nickname for your oldest child?”.
Wait a minute here. I have a kid? Wow, that’s news to me! I also noticed that the security question was added Aug 27th, 2009. I haven’t used my account since May so this can’t be me! I also did not receive any notifications for changes to my account. Shouldn’t there be that expectation???
I opened a help ticket form with Flickr, but there needs to be someway for me to contact someone over the phone. Help!
